If you already have a print-ready gang sheet file in one of the sizes listed on the page (e.g. 58cm x 100cm, 200cm, 300cm, etc.), it’s super easy to upload your pre-designed gang sheet. We accept all file formats, but vector files or PDFs are preferred for the best results.

Artwork requirement:  

  • PNG and Vector files (AI, EPS) are recommended. If you’re using Canva, we recommend exporting your designs as PDFs. 
  • PNG files must be high resolution, at least 300 DPI.
  • Image should have a transparent background.
  • Thin lines and fonts must be at least 1 mm (4px) wide.
  • Avoid semi-transparent areas, as they don’t print well with DTF.

What is a DTF gang sheet?

A gang sheet is a single large sheet where you arrange multiple DTF heat transfer designs together. This lets you print different designs, sizes, and quantities in one order, saving up to 60% compared to ordering each transfer individually.

What is the difference between the gang sheet builder and uploading my own gang sheet?

The online gang sheet builder lets you arrange your designs directly on our website. The upload option is for customers who already have a print-ready gang sheet file designed in software like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. If you don't have a print-ready file, use our online gang sheet builder instead.

What file format should I upload?

We accept all file formats, but vector files or PDFs are preferred for the best results. Make sure your file is a full gang sheet layout, not just a single image. Maximum file size is 50MB. Upload at 300 DPI or higher. Images should have a transparent background. Avoid semi-transparent areas, as they don't print well with DTF.

Do you edit my gang sheet?

No. What you upload is what we print. We do not rearrange, resize, or edit your gang sheet. If we spot an issue like low resolution, we will email you before printing. If you need a transparent background, make sure your uploaded file already has transparency. If you need us to modify your gang sheet designs, a small artwork fee will apply.

What gang sheet sizes are available?

Our gang sheets are 58cm wide. Length options start from 10cm and can go up to 100 metres. Make sure your file matches one of the sizes listed on the page. The larger the sheet, the lower your cost per transfer.

What fabrics can DTF transfers be used on?

DTF transfers work on virtually any fabric, including cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, canvas, denim, leather, and spandex. They work on both light and dark coloured fabrics, as the white ink base layer ensures the design stands out on any colour. Not recommended for waterproof or coated fabrics.

How do I apply a DTF transfer?

Preheat your garment for 3 to 5 seconds. Place the transfer face down on the fabric and heat press with medium to high pressure. Press time and temperature vary depending on the fabric. Peel the backing hot or cold, then repress with baking paper for 10 seconds for the best results. Visit our "Support" page for detailed instructions for different fabrics.
