What is the difference between clear stickers and UVDTF stickers?

They may look similar on a product, but they are different.

Clear stickers leave a thin clear film on the surface after you apply them. Clear stickers are better for small details, fine text, ingredient labels or instructions.

UVDTF stickers leave no film. Only the design stays on your product, giving it a printed-on look. UVDTF stickers are best for larger and bold designs.

What are clear stickers best used for?

Clear stickers are perfect for products where you want a clean, minimal look - cosmetics, candles, honey jars, drink bottles, food packaging and skincare. The transparent film lets your packaging show through, giving your product a no-label feel.

Are your clear stickers waterproof and oil resistant?

Yes. Our clear stickers are printed on clear vinyl, which is water and oil resistant.

What file do I need to send?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG or TIF files. For best results, use vector files with fonts outlined, or raster files at 300DPI or higher. Canva links are fine too. Include a 3mm bleed if you can. Not sure? Send us what you have and we'll check it for you.

What is the turnaround time for production?

Once your design is print-ready, production takes 2 to 3 business days

What is your minimum order value?

We welcome both small batch and large orders, with a minimum order value of just $30.

If you need a different quantity that’s not listed on our website, email us at hello@purepack.com.au for a custom quote.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Absolutely! We offer tiered discounts based on the number of labels you order:

  • 200 labels – 5% discount
  • 300 labels – 8% discount
  • 500 labels – 10% discount
  • 1000 labels – 20% discount
  • 2000+ labels – contact us for a custom quote

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship via Australia Post. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout:

  • Standard shipping – $9.90 (3–5 business days)
  • Express shipping – $15.49 (usually next business day, but can vary between 1–3 days depending on your location)
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $500

Will I receive a digital proof before printing?

If you select the proof option on website, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval.

Please note: we don’t provide physical proofs or sample print runs.

I need help making my artwork print-ready. Can you assist?

Yes, we can help! We’ll review your artwork and make adjustments, such as adding bleed or other setup requirements, to ensure it’s print-ready.

Please note, a small artwork fee will be charged based on the complexity of the work.
