File quality and size
Set up your artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI at the exact size you want it printed. Simply changing a low-resolution file to 300 DPI won’t make it clearer.
Vector artwork can usually be resized without losing quality. However, saving a blurry image as a PDF doesn’t turn it into vector artwork.
Transparent backgrounds
A white background isn’t transparent and might print as an unwanted white rectangle.
Use a PNG with a transparent background or send us suitable vector artwork.
Small details and effects
Keep lines, letter strokes and gaps at least 1 mm wide. Avoid very faint transparency, drop shadows, outer glows, soft edges and fading effects, as they might not print clearly.
Very fine details might not print clearly, so make them slightly thicker where possible.
Remove unnecessary empty space and set the artwork to the exact size you want printed.
Don’t mirror your design
Just upload your image as it is.
Premium labels
The minimum order is 20 labels per design.
Add 3 mm bleed on every side. Background colours and images that touch the edge must extend into the bleed area.
Keep foil, raised gloss, text, logos and other important details at least 3 mm inside the final trim line.
Tell us which parts of the design should have metallic foil or 3D raised spot gloss. Foil text should be larger than 7 pt, and very fine details should be avoided.
Everyday stickers
Add 3 mm bleed on every side. Any background colour or image that touches the edge must extend into the bleed area.
Pricing is per design. If you have more than one design, upload and add each design to your cart separately.
Using Canva
For UV DTF and DTF transfers, set your design to the final print size and download it as a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background turned on.
If you can’t download a transparent PNG, or you’re ordering labels or stickers, send us a Canva share link. Make sure the link grants us permission to edit the design, not just view-only access.
Colour
Colours on your screen might not match the printed colours exactly. Neon, fluorescent, Pantone and some very bright colours can’t be reproduced exactly with standard printing inks.
Create your artwork in RGB and allow our printing software to handle the colour conversion. If an exact colour is important, we recommend ordering a small test print first.
Artwork checking
We check files for common production problems, including low resolution, missing transparency, missing bleed and very small details.
Our artwork check doesn’t include proofreading. Before submitting your order, please check spelling and readability, and test every QR code to ensure it scans correctly at the final print size.
If we find a problem that might affect the printed result, we’ll email you before production starts. Waiting for corrected artwork or approval might extend the turnaround time.
Still not sure?
Send us your file or Canva link, and we’ll take a look before printing.
