  • Use vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts and logos outlined.
  • For PNG, JPEG, or TIF, use at least 900DPI.
  • Canva links are fine too.
  • Leave a note if you want full or partial foil, and mention where to apply it.
  • Avoid thin fonts or tiny details, as foil can fill in those areas.
  • Design with a 3mm bleed to allow for slight shifts when cutting.
  • Keep foil at least 3mm from the edges.
  • For foil text, the font size needs to be above 7pt for best results.

Our minimum order is 20 labels per design, in multiples of 10 (e.g. 20, 30, 40). We offer tiered bulk discounts: 5% off at 200 labels, 8% off at 300, 10% off at 500, and 20% off at 1,000. For 2,000+ labels, contact us for a custom quote.

What artwork format do I need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are recommended for the best results. Canva links are also accepted. PNG, JPEG, or TIF files work too at 300 DPI or higher. Design with a 3mm bleed and keep foil areas at least 3mm from the edges. Avoid thin fonts or tiny details, as foil can fill in those areas.
