I ordered two sets of DTF prints through the upload custom gangsheet functionality provided by Purepack. I am very happy with the quality and the order turnaround was very quick.
I have had a few orders printed now and the quality and service is one of the best. Fast turnaround helps a lot in our busy schedule. Thanks guys👌
Received my UV DTF stickers the other day. Super fast delivery and amazing quality. They are super sticky too. Thanks heaps!
Some of my transfers where color incomplete on this occasion
Great colour and fits design brief. The issue I do have is that the stickers if left even a short period peel from the sheet.
What were you struggling to find before you found us? A company who took the time to help with the sizing an ordering of my gang sheet, pure pack did just that they replied an helped me out in a big way!
What made Pure Pack feel different?

You can’t go wrong here.
Loved the prints thank you, the colour came out fantastically and to see my art on t-shirts is unreal. I’ll email some photos through when I take them. , I also really appreciate the instruction paper! It helped with the temperatures I immediately went to panic about how long to leave them on and seeing the page it was like you had anticipated my thoughts so great touch! This is something I think you could add to that sheet - I would suggest maybe doing a QR code link to some placement videos (especially for new clients I think this will come in handy it’s something I found myself looking for) or alternately perhaps even access to their design mock up on multiple items like on the gang sheet creator where you can see what it may look like but allow it so that you can move the design around on the mock up so we can see placements (have it to scale as much as possible) so it would reflect almost accurately what each design would look like on the product eg. Design on a T-shirt, Cup, hat where we could move it around and decide where it might look best. Minimise some of the anxiety of first timers who are perfectionists :)
Thank you Pure Pack team, from the founder to the employees who work hard you’ve done a great job and help so many see their artistic dreams come to life and none of it would happen without you! ❤️❤️

As a small business owner, finding the absolute best for my customers is incredibly important to me. Quality matters right down to the smallest detail, and this is exactly where PURE PACK has my back every single time!
Whether it’s DTF or UV DTF, every order I’ve placed has been amazing. The quality of the prints, colours and finished products has been consistently fantastic, and it gives me confidence knowing I’m providing my own customers with something I’m proud to put my business name behind.
But what really makes the experience stand out is the customer service. From all the emails back and forth with Brenda, to answering my questions and helping make sure everything is right, the service has been absolutely amazing. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
When you’re running a small business, having reliable suppliers behind you makes such a difference, and PURE PACK has definitely become one I know I can trust.
