Do credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire. Top up whenever it suits you and use them at your own pace. There is no deadline.
Can I use credits on all products?
Yes. Credits can be used on all Pure Pack products, including product costs and shipping at checkout.
Is this a good EOFY purchase?
Yes. If you top up before 30 June, it counts as a business expense for the current financial year. Your credits carry over with no expiry. Please check with your accountant for tax advice.
What if I need more credits later?
You can top up again at any tier. Your new credits are added to your existing balance. You can choose a different tier each time.
When do credits appear in my account?
Once your payment is confirmed, your credit and bonus credit are added to your account instantly. You can use them on your next order.
Credits are saved to your registered account, so please use the same account each time you order. If you check out with a different account, your credits will not appear.
Can I get unused credit refunded?
No. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. As our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
