UVDTF, short for “Ultraviolet Direct to Film,” is a cutting-edge method for creating high-quality stickers.

It involves printing designs directly onto a special film using UV-curable inks. After printing, a UV-sensitive adhesive layer is applied and cured with ultraviolet light, making the stickers extremely durable and resistant to fading, scratching, and weathering.

Although UV DTF stickers are durable and water-resistant, they may not withstand the high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers. It’s also better not to put them in the microwave to avoid potential damage.

Handwashing is recommended to ensure their longevity.

Step 1: Clean and Pre-Squeegee

- Clean the surface for better adhesion

- Place the UVDTF sticker with the white side up and press down with a squeegee or card.

Step 2: Peel and Position

- Make a small tear and slowly peel the clear carrier sheet from the white backing, ensuring the design transfers to the clear sheet.

- Lay the design starting from one side, smoothing it out to avoid bubbles and wrinkles.

Step 3: Squeegee and Peel

- Press firmly with a squeegee, then slowly peel off the clear sheet, ensuring the design sticks.

- Re-squeegee any parts that don’t transfer.

All orders ship out within 1-2 business days, as long as the designs are good to go for printing.

All file types are accepted. Please upload your digital artwork in a “ready to print” format and at least 300 DPI.

If you need a transparent background, mention it in the note when you place your order, and we can adjust it for you.
