If you already have a print-ready file that you’ve created yourself, it’s super easy to upload your pre-designed gang sheet. We accept all file formats, but vector files or PDFs are preferred for the best results.
Achieve professional results with our DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfers. Whether you’re a hobbyist, small business, or big brand, our transfers make it easy to print your design on any garment.
No set up or artwork fee.
Artwork requirement:
PNG and Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are recommended. If you’re using Canva, we recommend exporting your designs as PDFs.
PNG files must be high resolution, at least 300 DPI.
Image should have a transparent background.
Thin lines and fonts must be at least 1 mm (4px) wide.
Avoid semi-transparent areas, as they don’t print well with DTF.
Commercial-Grade Printing Technology: We use the best printers and inks to create designs with bright, bold colours and sharp details.
Works on any fabric: cotton, polyester, blends, mesh, canvas, denim and more.
Extremely durable and stretchy: Our transfers are built to last, with no peeling, cracking, or fading, even after 60 washes.
Note: We take your designs seriously. We guarantee that we won’t sell or share any of your designs. Your work stays completely yours.
Pressing instructions
Please note that heat presses vary in temperature and pressure, so the following are general guidelines. We suggest ordering a few extra designs to practise and find the ideal settings for your specific press.
Step 1: Position and First Press
Lay the garment flat on the heat press platen and place your DTF transfer on the garment. Set the heat press to 155°C and apply medium to high pressure for 10–15 seconds. Cover the design with a Teflon sheet before pressing.
Step 2: Peel the Transfer Film
After pressing, wait a few seconds and peel. If parts of the design aren’t sticking, try again with more pressure and an extra 5°C of heat.
If it still doesn’t stick, gradually increase the heat by 5°C until the design adheres properly. The great thing about Pure Pack transfers is that multiple pressing won’t damage the transfer.
Step 3: Second Press for Durability
Cover the design with a Teflon sheet. Press again at 155°C with medium to high pressure for an additional 10 seconds. This step strengthens the bond between the design and the fabric, giving you a durable and professional finish.

I ordered DTF heat transfers from Pure Pack, and they were amazing! The colours are bright, the print is super clear, and they look great on my tee. The easy peel tech makes they are really easy to apply. Plus, the delivery was fast, so I didn’t have to wait long.
I’m really happy with my order and will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend!
