Artwork requirement: 

  • PNG and Vector files (AI, EPS) are recommended. If you’re using Canva, we recommend exporting your designs as PDFs. 
  • PNG files must be high resolution, at least 300 DPI.
  • Thin lines and fonts must be at least 1 mm (4px) wide.

Note: We take your designs seriously. We guarantee that we won’t sell or share any of our clients’ designs. Your work stays completely yours.

Pre cutting: If you order 10 or more transfers, they will be printed together on one sheet and will need to be trimmed by hand. If you require pre-cutting, please contact us. An additional fee will apply.

What are UVDTF stickers?

UVDTF (Ultraviolet Direct to Film) stickers are peel-and-apply transfer stickers printed with UV-cured inks. They create a raised 3D finish that is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and colourfast. No heat needed. Just peel, position and press.

What is the difference between UVDTF and vinyl stickers?

UVDTF stickers have a raised 3D finish with full-colour printing. Vinyl stickers are flat and usually limited to fewer colours. UVDTF is more durable on curved surfaces like tumblers and won't crack or peel. Vinyl is better for long-term outdoor use like car decals and signage. For product branding, packaging, and drinkware, UVDTF is the better choice.

What is the difference between UVDTF and DTF?

UVDTF is for hard surfaces like glass, metal, plastic, and wood. Just peel and press. No heat press needed. DTF is for fabric like t-shirts, bags, and uniforms, and requires a heat press to apply. Decorating tumblers or candle jars? Choose UVDTF. Printing on clothing? Choose DTF.

What surfaces can you apply UVDTF stickers to?

UVDTF stickers adhere to most hard, smooth surfaces, including glass, metal, plastic, wood, ceramic, acrylic, leather, and stainless steel. Popular uses include tumblers, drinkware, candle jars, skincare bottles, phone cases, keychains, gift boxes, and equipment branding. Not suitable for fabric or silicone.

How long do UVDTF stickers last?

With proper care, UVDTF stickers last several years on indoor surfaces. They resist fading, scratching, and water. On items that are regularly handled or washed, handwashing is recommended. The adhesive fully bonds within 24 hours, so avoid washing during that time. For prolonged outdoor use, vinyl may last longer in direct sunlight.

Are UVDTF stickers dishwasher and microwave safe?

UVDTF stickers are water-resistant but not dishwasher safe. The high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers can damage the sticker over time. Do not place them in microwaves. Handwashing with mild soap is recommended for the longest lifespan.

How fast is your turnaround?

1 to 2 business days for production, provided your designs are print-ready. We ship via Australia Post with standard shipping and express post options. Free standard shipping on orders over $500

What does "crop blank space around the design" mean?

If you choose Yes, we trim around your design and remove any blank space. The print size will match your artwork only. If you choose No, we print the full file including any blank space around the design. If your artwork has a transparent background and you choose No, the final sticker may appear smaller than the size you selected because the blank space is included in the total size.
