  • Use vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts and logos outlined.
  • For PNG, JPEG, or TIF, use at least 300DPI.
  • Canva links are fine too.
  • Leave a note if you want full or partial foil, and mention where to apply it.
  • Avoid thin fonts or tiny details, as foil can fill in those areas.
  • Design with a 3mm bleed to allow for slight shifts when cutting.
  • Keep foil at least 3mm from the edges.

After you place your order, we’ll also review your design. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you via email before printing.

What is the turnaround time for production?

For most orders, production takes 2–3 business days.

For larger quantities, it may take a little longer.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order is 20 labels per design, and orders must be in multiples of 10 (e.g., 20, 30, 40, etc.).

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Absolutely! We offer tiered discounts based on the number of labels you order:

  • 200 labels – 5% discount
  • 300 labels – 8% discount

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship via Australia Post. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout:

  • Standard shipping – $9.90 (3–5 business days)
  • Express shipping – $15.49 (usually next business day, but can vary between 1–3 days depending on your location)
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $500

Will I receive a digital proof before printing?

If you select the proof option on website, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval.

Please note: we don’t provide physical proofs or sample print runs.

What is a “vector” format?

A vector file is a type of graphic created in software such as Adobe Illustrator. It’s required for special finishes like metallic foil or 3D raised spot gloss.

The most common vector file extensions are:

  • .ai
  • .pdf
  • .eps

I need help making my artwork print-ready. Canyou assist?

Yes, we can help! We’ll review your artwork and make adjustments, such as adding bleed or other setup requirements, to ensure it’s print-ready.

Please note, a small artwork fee will be charged based on the complexity of the work.
