Shipping

When you order from us, your order will be dispatched from Brisbane for delivery within Australia.

Dispatch time:

For custom UV DTF and DTF transfers, our turnaround time is 1 to 2 business days, provided your file is print-ready.

For custom premium labels, our turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days, as long as your file is print-ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time:

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Standard shipping takes 2 to 8 business days and costs $9.90.

Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days and costs $15.49.

Replacement and refund policy

We sincerely hope you are delighted with every Pure Pack purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with replacements or refunds in line with the policy below.

Any concerns or issues must be raised within 10 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@purepack.com.au with your order number, a photo or video, and a description of the issue.

Any replacement or refund must be approved by our customer service team before proceeding.

As our custom products are made to your specific requirements, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors on the customer’s side or for a change of mind.

If an error has been made on our part, or the product does not function as promised, we will provide a free reprint or a refund.
